Kylie was raised in a traditional Black American family that valued home cooking, and has fond memories of long family meals together. While she was in college in New York city, she missed her mother’s cooking and started to learn her recipes over phone calls she would make to her mom. Kylie has lived in several countries and has absorbed the cuisine and culture of these countries which is visible in her food. She offers a fusion of Soul Food, Caribbean and South Indian food with tropical accents. Kylie is passionate about food and travel and is delighted to entertain travelers at home from around the world.
